Back Stage supplies hairpieces and wigs to enthusiasts, television and theater producers, and for special occasions. We also cater to people with hair conditions and those who need a hairpiece for a limited period.

OUR WORKING METHOD

1 | FIRST INFORMATIONAL DISCUSSION

This is always free and without obligation.

  1. Try on hairpieces - There are more than 60 fitting models available for you to try out immediately.
  2. Order hairpieces - After this first appointment, it will be clear which styles suit you best and they will be ordered in the desired color.

2 | FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENT

Once we receive your ordered wigs, we'll schedule a follow-up appointment. This appointment can usually take place within a week.

  1. Hairpiece selection - By trying on the hairpieces ordered especially for you, it will quickly become clear which one you feel most comfortable with.
  2. Cutting and styling – Our hair specialist can, if desired, completely adjust/trim the hairpiece to your facial shape.


3 | MAINTENANCE

You'll receive tips and written washing instructions for your wig or hairpiece to take home. We recommend having your hairpiece treated by our hair specialist every three months. Your hairpiece will be steamed and will look as good as new.

You're always welcome to contact us for free information about all the hairpiece options. If you have more complex needs, we invite you to schedule an appointment so our hairpiece specialists have plenty of time to discuss your wishes with you.

An introductory meeting and/or intake interview are free of charge and can be scheduled within five days of your initial contact with Back Stage. If you are unable to visit for medical reasons, a home visit (or hospital visit) is also possible by appointment.

RESERVING HAIRPIECES WITH A MEDICAL INDICATION

Back Stage offers a wide range of options for reserving medical hairpieces. This can be done for up to six weeks. In addition, Back Stage offers a three-month warranty on manufacturing defects on hairpieces. Customer satisfaction is our top priority at Back Stage. We'll do everything we can to ensure you leave the store feeling comfortable and satisfied.


ANKO CERTIFICATION AND DISPUTES COMMITTEE

DELIVERY TIME OF HAIRPIECES

Delivery times vary for different types of hairpieces. Back Stage works with various suppliers and offers a variety of hairpiece qualities. This includes both synthetic and natural hairpieces. Also consider hairpieces, volume fillers, ponytails, clip-ins, bangs, and flip-ins.

The delivery time for a ready-made hairpiece (a hairpiece that is ready to wear and not custom-made) is within 5 business days and is sometimes even available immediately. We have more than 60 ready-made hairpieces in stock and available for immediate delivery.

Real hair wigs can be delivered quickly because they are not custom-made or made to order. The average delivery time is 5 business days.
